There are 2 ways: correct from the start or the “error” one.
Correct from the start mean everything will be done in the most serious way and have no room for cheating or errors.
In that scenario: an official international organization will be form in the PUBLIC affair and become the neutral referee entity.
The “error” one is there won’t be official organization but let the “currency issuer” do everything they want until it cause fatal mistake thus a new international organization must formed later in order to set the balance. In the “error” one, the features could be “minimum” such as only “fair money distributing” and/or “stable metric” features, no banks with physical assets act as “insurance” for the people.
They are 2 ways.
Both are working wonder.
Which way is the way to go ?
