Example: Putin + Trump could join force together and create a new fiat money paper called as “TruTin” currency for example.
Of course that currency is must is truly 100% fiat money paper backed by nothing but plain trusted.
But they need to let the people what is the limit amount of “issued/printed” and how it is going to distributing/managing.
Then whether the rest of people use that currency or not and for how long, it is another story.
