1. Allow people to buy FOREIGN/IMPORTED goods services with non-USD currencies such as EURO, Yen, Yuan, SGD, Rub, GBP, etc. The range of foreign currencies are up to the US Government.
   This could be “optional” at first then FORCED later after certain amount of time.
   
2. Tax all the transaction global that do not have buyer/seller are US entity that use USD as the currency at some flat rate of such as 10% to 20%.
   Pay the local government some commission such as 2% to 5% to help collecting the fees depend various factors.

If you want to explain to the public people the reasons behind above policies then you can tell them this:

The US Dollar are made to create jobs and stay in the US economy.
When other nations trading with each other via the USD currency instead of their currency which mean the US economy have lost a lot (trillions dollars) which can create many many jobs for the US economy.
Basically the USA have to sacrifice the US economy for other nations which is total unfair.

USD for US economy, Yuan for China economy, GBP for British economy, Rub for Russia economy, Yen for Japan economy, etc. that is what is should be.

We do hope all other nations to do the same which is TAX the foreign transaction using your currency and also allow foreign currencies to be exist to buy foreign/imported products services in your nations.

For the US Economy, it is only USD currency created by the authority USA Government vs non-USD currencies by others, there is nothing more so the USA will going to play the fair and common sense way of life.

There will be some basic rules to ensure to diversity and equal such as:

– 1 nation only allow to “host” become the headquarter of 1 new fiat currency.

– The name of the new currency must related to natural such as fruit, flower, leaf, plant, animal and they must be UNIQUE.

Which mean if a currency already use “Banana” or “Cherry” or “Rose” or Sunflower” etc. name/related then no any other currency allow to pick Banana, Rose, Cherry, Sunflower, etc.

– Each currency only allow to pick 1 combination of color in their physical banknote and the color must be unique too.

Some example are: Red + Blue, Orange + Green, Yellow + Purple, Brown + White, etc.

That combination and SINGLE color must be unique too.

– The “stable metric” of physical asset must be unique such as Gold + Oil, Silver + Gas, etc. Which mean each new currency must choose carefully and be quick.

– All the people who manage that new currency (both public and private) must be fully free and do not have any symbol/tatoos in their body.

– The maximum amount of bank notes for each currency is 4, and it minimum demonetisation must be 100.

There Are 2 Possible Way Of Begin My New International Fiat Currency System

There are 2 ways: correct from the start or the “error” one.

Correct from the start mean everything will be done in the most serious way and have no room for cheating or errors.

In that scenario: an official international organization will be form in the PUBLIC affair and become the neutral referee entity.

The “error” one is there won’t be official organization but let the “currency issuer” do everything they want until it cause fatal mistake thus a new international organization must formed later in order to set the balance. In the “error” one, the features could be “minimum” such as only “fair money distributing” and/or “stable metric” features, no banks with physical assets act as “insurance” for the people.

They are 2 ways.

Both are working wonder.

How the new international fiat currency system model can become a real thing in daily life ?

You must allow people to use that new currency model in daily life trade.

In order to do that, you must treat all world exported imported goods like a new planet or new nation economy and let that new planet/nation can have it own currency(s) or economy administrator.

1. Bank must deposit some real physical asset as security insurance to either the “currency issuer” or the “referee entities” in public mode in order to keep people’s money.

2. Banks do not need to deposit anything in order to keep people’s money rather than “connection” and “private trust”.

1. All people have chance to receive money first time via various ways such as competition, ranking system, etc.

2. Public people have very little chance to do it.

08. Difficult Level Of Playing Using
